The Consultation is probably the most important part of your service. Nearly everything that can go right, or wrong, happens during the consultation. By asking what your clients need and want and actively listening to them, we can show our clients that we care, we want to help them, and they can trust us. Be sure to confirm what you are doing and use visuals as often as possible to be certain everyone is on the same page.
